first things first: chester - your wit has had me laughing for several days now. please, please, please don't ever stop commenting on our posts and if you ever feel the need to reveal yourself, i would love that, too.

second things second: i'm tired and i don't feel like using my caps keys - deal with it.

third things third: sally - it's been too long since we've talked - we need to remedy that.

okay - now on to other things - although i'm not sure i've got anything super important to say:

and guess what else, sally - you're going to be SO proud of me ... i tried a coffee drink and i actually drank it without spitting it out and wanting to barf - this news is HUGE. our yummy local coffee house has a drink called the 'cocomo' - i ordered it and asked them to use their magic to mask the taste of the coffee and guess what, they did it. my days of being a coffee hater might be numbered - which will be great for my late night/early morning combos that i sometimes have. when you come visit me, i'm treating you to cocomo, or whatever other tasty drink you might want to taste.

what else? i'm in the market for a new cell phone. there are times when i literally think about throwing my phone against a wall and/or running it over with my vehicle - is there something in cell phone land that makes your phone start to suck whenever your contract is up so that you will be forced to get a 'great deal' on a brand new awesome phone and then be stuck with your service for the rest of your life? i don't mind, i like my service, i just want to be in on the conspiracy.

i have a three day weekend starting tomorrow and i'm enjoying the idea of not going to work - this being said after i've already had two days off this week - sometimes i feel so lazy but then i remember that i work my ass off and that it's okay to feel lazy once in a while.

anyway - enough about me. how are you? what's new in your neck of the woods?

i'm going to sleep now because my eyes are droopy and i'm not even sure that what i've written makes sense. i think it might be boring but i'm so tired that i don't really give a damn, so if you fall asleep when you're reading this (like i'm doing as i'm writing it) i'm not really going to apologize, because it put me to sleep too.

As Tilly so poetically stated the past 2 weeks or so have been really shitty for us both! But, things are looking up, right?

Dear Sally,

This poor blog has suffered over the past few weeks, but to be fair, we have both had really shitty weeks.

Mostly I just want to tell you that I love you (oh boy, she's about to get mushy) ... I know that life has sucked lately but I want to make sure that you know that the fact that you are my bestest friend in the whole wide world makes my life so much better. There are so many things that we have to do together and pretty soon when we both win the lottery and get really rich we can do all of those things that we have planned.

Life for me has been up and down the last few weeks. I have been worried about my best friend and there were some things that happened in Mr.'s family that weren't so great. My saving grace these past few weeks have been FRIENDS (because they never fail to at least make me smile) and prayer. I met a new friend who taught me how to pray differently than I have ever prayed before - it is direct and sincere and I don't feel like I have to flower up anything because God knows what is in my heart- it is refreshing and has helped me to feel more at peace and feel more comfort as I have been so worried about so many people that I love.

Anyway - enough of the heavy. Just know that you are so damn loved - no if's, and's or butt's about it.

Dear Sally,

I am supposed to be cleaning and I am putting it off like the devil puts of going to church ... I am SO not in the mood to be cleaning while Mr. is at work - but his day off is tomorrow and we are having some people over tomorrow night, so I only want to make him clean part of the house, not the whole house.

I got distracted by cleaning out my vacuum (how Monica Gellar does that make me?) and then again by fixating on the fact that there is someone out there named Chester who commented on my last post and I want to know if it is someone we know or if it is someone who found this blog randomly ...

I'm also distracted by the Fuzz. She's acting a little more lethargic than usual, and I fear it might have been my fault. She was snooping around in my pantry while I was putting groceries away and a bottle of water dropped - it didn't land on her, but it scared her enough that she bumped in to some other things we have stored there and now whenever I open the pantry door she runs away ... but alas, she just stood up and is gong to eat some food - although she is walking very slowly and gingerly and now she is just staring at her food and looking longingly at her bed ... damn ... I hope she's okay ... oh wait - and there she goes to her water. Success.

Wow - I didn't think that would turn into a running commentary on the Fuzz. Some people and their pets, seriously ...

I am craving a glass of Riesling right now, but I have the car which means that I have to pick up Mr. and I don't have enough time to drink a glass of wine and feel like I can drive. Dammit. Did I tell you that they have yummy sparkling wine here? If you ever come to visit me or I ever come to visit you, you can be damn sure that I'm bringing some for you because it is delicious!!
 
Hmmm ... how else can I distract myself?

I was SO shocked when I found out and have since re-watched 'Glee' as a way of getting closure. I am so saddened that he will never again make me fall in love with old school songs. And Lea Michelle - oh how my heart just aches for her.  What a tragic loss of someone so young and talented (and let's face it - pretty good looking, too). I'm nervous for the episode that they do that discusses his death - I'm sure that it is going to be so hard for them to film ... ahhh, so sad ...

Well - unless you want me to start talking about the Fuzz again, I should probably go.

A horse bit your hand? Ouch? Are you going to turn into a horse-human hybrid now? You should TOTALLY turn into a horse-human hybrid. I'll braid your tail and your mane and you would look beautiful.

I am being lazy today. It is 11:00 and I haven't showered, nor do I intend on doing so in the next several hours. Things in my town are smokey and the smoke is making me sick - I don't like it one little bit. Mr. is at work today, so I literally have no obligations ... except for taking a nap - which I think I'll do here soon.

Last night, Mr. drank some gin and some beers and he was very funny. When Mr. drinks he giggles like a school girl and he gets really loud ... I love that Mr. I only had a glass of wine before I went to bed to help me sleep because I felt so shitty, I didn't want to add alcohol to that, too ... but the wine did the trick and I slept like a frog on a log or a fly on a wall or something like that ...

Nothing bit my hand yesterday, unless you count the Fuzz. She likes to bite me when she things I should be petting her, but don't worry, it doesn't hurt and I haven't turned into a cat-human hybrid ... I don't think ... meow ... sorry - I don't know where that came from. Ha ha ... I just spelled from like this: frum. I like frum better. It's much more fun.

Anyway - I hope you've having a happy Saturday.

Oh wait, I "work" from home.
That happened in the field behind my house.
Yeah, we have freakin' horses now and you have to be very careful when feeding them apples.

Hey there Sally,

How are things going for ya'll? This one time, at work, I crushed my big toe..  I even have a picture to prove it. I was minding my own business, moving a large piece of furniture when all of the sudden.. WHAM!!! It swung around and demolished my big toe.  It has now been 2 months and my toe still looks all purple and disgusting... any way.. I love you guys and hope all is going well for you and your's!!!
